In 2002 Marcus Pointe Baptist Church called upon Greenhut to construct a new sanctuary and classrooms for its rapidly growing congregation. This project consisted of a new 2000 seat sanctuary and new lobby and classrooms, all connected to three existing buildings. Among the amenities to this major steel and masonry structure was a state of the art audio visual system.
Previously, in 1998, Greenhut completed a $1,000,000 contract for construction of a new 18,000 sf Family Life Center with classrooms, a full basketball court, and a kitchen facility.
