As a result of increasing demand for on-site physician offices as well as outpatient diagnostic facilities, Sacred Heart Hospital elected to build a free-standing medical office building, including a diagnostic facility. Greenhut was asked to work with the architect to provide a value based design that would architecturally blend with the other facilities on campus.
This 4-story, 90,000sf building has a complete outpatient diagnostic facility on the first floor, including CT, MRI, laboratory, registration, and large waiting areas. The 2nd and 3rd floors comprise physician offices, exam rooms, and two hyperbaric chambers. The 4th floor is a licensed ambulatory surgery center with procedure rooms utilized for pain management.
