Scenic Terrace Condominiums is a luxury 13-story residential structure that is situated on the Scenic Highway Bluffs overlooking both Escambia and Pensacola Bay. Unit floor plans range in size from 1,300 square feet to 4,300 square feet. All units have generous balconies and terraces offering panoramic views. Amenities include a swimming pool and sun deck with an overlook gazebo, an exercise facility with steam rooms and saunas, and a meeting room for use by the residents for special functions. The condominium structure is cast-in-place concrete. The exterior building envelope is constructed of CMU and stucco with a standing seam metal roof.
