This facility, constructed for the Escambia County School District, is a new Fine Arts Auditorium at Booker T. Washington High School. This assembly space has seating for 600, and contains an elaborate stage rigging and lighting system, a television studio for closed circuit TV, and classroom space. The audience seating area also doubles as a testing center for students taking standardized tests. Because of this dual purpose, the seating area also required an extensive lighting package containing both house lighting for performances and increased lighting for testing sessions.
