Kevin Spellman, Vice-President, LEED AP

Kevin Spellman graduated from Texas A & M University with a degree in Building Construction in 1982. He then joined the largest general contractor in Texas working as a Project Manager. He joined the Greenhut team in 1988 and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager. In that capacity, Mr. Spellman oversees and mentors other project managers and counsels them in the intricacies of health care construction and government contracting. Mr. Spellman is highly respected by the construction community for his fairness and attention to detail.
