Larry Northup, Executive VP, LEED AP

After graduating from the University of Florida Building Construction School in 1974, Mr. Northup began his career working in Project Management positions with two of the largest contractors in the United States. In 1986, Mr. Greenhut was successful in bringing Mr. Northup and his family back to his native Pensacola to work for Greenhut Construction. Mr. Northup rapidly advanced from Project Management to his current leadership position. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Northup oversees all field operations, mentors many of Greenhut’s younger management team members, and plays a key role in our newly approved 8(a) Mentor-Protégé relationship.

Mr. Northup serves on a number of local and public boards and remains active in CSI (Construction Specifications Institute), Habitat for Humanity, The ARC Gateway, The Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen, and his local church.
