Greenhut was selected as the design-build contractor for the construction of this apartment-like facility at Hurlburt Air Force Base, Florida for unaccompanied enlisted Air Force personnel. Each of the suites contains a small kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The 3-story construction utilizes a combination of load bearing masonry, steel and bar joist, metal deck with concrete floors, and an exterior of brick and metal roofing.
