Summerwind Condominiums was constructed in phases. All condominiums directly face the Gulf of Mexico and have lush tropical landscaping and dune walkovers. Construction consisted of poured-in-place concrete engineered to meet tough Gulf Front standards, high speed elevators, under floor parking garages, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, heated gulf side swimming pools, and large deck areas.

PHASE I: 16 stories, 60-unit individual residences finished complete, 105,754 sf
PHASE II: 15 stories, 69-unit individual residences finished complete, 121,616 sf
PHASE III: 15 stories, 56-unit high-rise condominium, 105,930 sf
